Biography of Theodore Gratchoff
Theodore Gratchoff graduated BSC in Naval Architecture in 1909. He was born in Tver, son of Gabriel, a farmer.
Gratchoff enrolled at the University in 1905 to study Science. Upon graduation his occupation was Naval Architect, and gave as his home town Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England.
