Biography of Eric Waverly McKeown
Eric Waverly McKeown enrolled at the University for one year in 1912 to study Naval Architecture. He was born Sydney, Australia, son of Robert McKeown, a clerk in holy orders.
McKeown graduated BSc from the University of Sydney, before enrolling at the University of Glasgow in 1912, aged 28. He took classes in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture.
McKeown returned to Australia, where he lived in Mosman, Warringah, New South Wales.
