Biography of Arthur Oughterson

Arthur Oughterson was born at Barbados, son of Arthur, a merchant of Greenock, Renfrew, and owner of Oughterson Plantation, a sugar plantation in St. Philip, Barbados.

Oughterson was married at Greenock on 18 November 1817.
