Biography of Benjamin Marchant

Benjamin Marchant enrolled at the University in 1762. He was born in Antigua, the second son of Nathaniel, a merchant. Marchant was the first of his brothers to attend the University, Nathaniel matriculated in 1766 and Ambrose in 1769.
