Biography of Andrew Cuninghame
Andrew Cuninghame matriculated at the University in 1770. He was the second son of Archibald of Caddell and Thornton, Ayr, and captain of Boscawen's Regiment of Foot.
Cunninghame also became a Captain in the 48th Regiment of Foot. He was severely wounded at the taking of Martinique in 1794, and died in 1798.
