Biography of Nieves Emilio Navarro

Nieves Emilio Navarro Vásquez attended the University for one year in 1923 to study Naval Architecture.

He was born at Caracas, Venezuela, son of Nieves, a coffee exporter, and resided at Puerto Cabello.

Navarro also studied naval and mechanical engineering in London, before returning to Venezuela, where he worked on Margarita Island and for the Ministry of Public Works.
