Biography of Thomas Crowe Burton
Thomas Crowe Burton graduated from the University MA in 1840. He worked as the Superintendent of Asylums at Maryborough, Queen's County; Waterford; and Castlebar. He became Physician of the Embassy to St Petersburg and Persia in 1850.
Burton returned to Rossbeg, County Mayo, and died at Westport on 17 April 1889.
